Hell YES!!

A number of changes happen to the body at menopause ... one of these changes includes oestrogens calming influence on cortisol and adrenaline disappearing. These hormones are part of our stress response, a natural and useful response that keeps us out of danger BUT if this response is not kept in check or if we add more stress into the mix it will send a cascade of unpleasant activity throughout the body.

Do any of these sound familiar?
- sleep disturbances
- digestive problems
- night sweats
- hot flushes
- weight gain
- problems controlling your temperature
- food cravings
- increased allergies

The above menopause symptoms can all be linked to the effect of stress on the body.

But here is the thing … they can all be supported with nutrition and lifestyle changes.
