You’ve tried cutting carbs… then adding them back in.
You’re not sure whether to focus on protein, supplements, gut health… or all of it.

What women are saying…
Meet Lesley…
Registered Nutritional Therapist and nutritionist Helping women at menopause find clarity and calm
Hi, I’m Lesley. I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist (PGDip NT, MBANT, CNHC).
I’ve been through my own menopause challenges… stress, burnout, weight gain, and the frustration of trying every plan and not feeling like myself. That personal experience has taught me how confusing and exhausting it can be to figure out nutrition and wellbeing alone.
It was this journey that inspired me to train as a Nutritional Therapist, so I could help other women navigate these challenges with clarity and confidence.
Now, I help overwhelmed women at menopause create personalised nutrition strategies that fit their body and life… so they can stop second-guessing themselves and feel calm and confident.
Outside of work, I love food… cooking, baking, and hunting for the perfect vegan brownie or lemon polenta cake.
I’ve also challenged myself in the past with fun, personal fitness goals, like completing my first Total Warrior when I turned 50.
Those experiences taught me how to listen to and nourish my body.
I’m always learning, researching, and tailoring my approach so you don’t have to… because busy women don’t have time to figure it all out themselves.
