3 face to face sessions plus one keeping in touch phone call of 15 minutes. This will include an initial consultation of up 90 minutes and two follow-up consultations of up to 45 minutes spaced one month apart. The initial consultation will focus on building a picture of your concerns based on an NHQ that you will have completed prior to this consultation. You will leave with some initial recommendations and a food diary to complete before the next consultation. The follow-up sessions will include a detailed analysis of your food dairy with recommendations, a medication and supplementation interaction check (if appropriate) and further long term recommendations/advice.

 

6-month support package: making changes£375

6 face to face sessions plus two keeping in touch phone calls of 15 minutes. This will include an initial consultation of up 90 minutes, four follow-up consultations of up to 45 minutes and a final consultation of up to an hour. Follow-up consultations will take place in week 4, 10, 16 and 22 with the final consultation taking place on week 26. The initial consultation will focus on building a picture of your concerns based on an NHQ that you will have completed prior to this consultation. You will leave this consultation with some recommendations and a food diary to complete before consultation two. Additions.

Keeping in touch/coaching buddy telephone calls. A 15 minute or 30-minute telephone conversation between appointments to keep you motivated. £18 for 15 minutes or £35 for 30 minutes.

Additional consultations. 1 session up to 45 minutes for £45. 1 session 45 minutes up to 1 hour £60. 3 sessions up to 45 mins each for £126. 3 sessions up to 1 hour each £165.

Supermarket shopping trips. Price depending on length of trip and location of the supermarket.

Cupboard blitz. Home visit to discuss cupboard basics and look for hidden products that could be sabotaging your success. Discuss additions to cupboard basics linked to the health goals and practical advice about how they can be incorporated into your everyday life. Food prepared and cooking advice given if required. Price to be negotiated linked to length of session and travel to venue.

Food and recipe planning session. Home visit to plan meal choices for a week,  basic cookery advice and generate a shopping list. Approximately 60-minute session price to be negotiated linked to travel.

Food diary analysis. £15 per day of food diary.

Gym buddy. It can be overwhelming going into a gym or exercise class for the first time. I will accompany you to an initial gym session or an exercise class/group of your choice, something that you would like to try but are not confident enough to try on your own. Price on negotiation.

 

Small Group Work

Small group work brings groups of people with a common purpose together. The groups will have from 4 to 6 people within them. Large enough to create an energy or buzz but intimate enough that everyone feels included. The sessions will improve your knowledge around food, what your body needs and why. It will equip you with the tools to continue the journey on your own.

ADD ON SERVICES

These services can be added to either of the above packages.

Additional consultations. 1 session up to 45 minutes for £60. 1 session 45 minutes up to 1 hour £90. 3 sessions up to
45 mins each for £150. 3 sessions up to 1 hour each £225.

Keeping in touch/coaching buddy calls.
A 15 minute or 30-minute telephone/Zoom conversation between appointments to keep you motivated. £18 for 15 minutes or £35 for 30 minutes.

Supermarket shopping trips. Price depending on length of trip and location of the supermarket. NB Not available at the moment but I can support with food planning, menu ideas and batch cooking solutions.

Cupboard blitz. Home visit to discuss cupboard basics and look for hidden products that could be sabotaging your success. Discuss additions to cupboard basics linked to the health goals and practical advice about how they can be incorporated into your everyday life.
Food prepared and cooking advice given if required. Price to be negotiated linked to length of session and travel to venue. NB Not available at the moment.

Food and recipe planning session. Home visit to plan meal choices for a week,  basic cookery advice and generate a shopping list. Approximately 60-minute session price to be negotiated linked to travel. NB These sessions are now carried out via Zoom.

Food diary analysis. £15 per day of food diary.

THE DIET REVAMP

£147

The diet revamp is a one off session with a focus on making nutritional changes linked to the foods you are eating now.

This is perfect if know your diets isn’t quite right for you, you want to make some simple tweaks to your diet or are confused about what you should be eating at menopause to support your body.

Prior to the consultation you will be asked to complete a 3 day food diary and a simple health questionnaire.

I will analyse the information you share, create a report linked to your food diary and a list of recommendations.

We then will have a consultation of an hour via Zoom where you have the opportunity to ask any nutrition questions that have been niggling you before I share my findings, go over the recommendations and discuss simple ways you can implement these changes.

By the end of the session you will have a clear idea of what nutrients are potentially missing from your diet and what you can do about this. And don’t worry about having to take notes I will email you an e-booklet with all your recommendations in there.

Please note that this is NOT a nutritional therapy session. If you decide that Nutritional Therapy is more appropriate to your needs after the Diet Revamp consultation we can arrange the appropriate package with the price of The Diet Revamp deducted from the 1-1 package prices if booked straight away and paid in full.
