I see it all the time - midlife women that think being ‘tired all the time’ and dragging themselves through the day with no energy is a NORMAL part of menopause and getting older.
Some are even wearing the exhausted, worn down and miserable badge of honour.

Lack of energy at menopause can be to do with heaps of things that can all be supported:
• Health problems (e.g. fibromyalgia, thyroid etc)
• Poor blood sugar regulation
• Nutrient deficiencies
• Poor sleep patterns
• Lifestyle choices
• Poor detoxification
